Yra Reybel - Por Ti / Sin Ti Special 10 Anniversary Single

Yra posted on her MySpace blog and official website about the new single "Por Ti / Sin Ti." Remember that it had already been announced in February, but now Yra is making a public acknowledgment. This must mean that we will soon be able to listen to the new version of this excellent song and enjoy once again what "Por Ti" was, now in this new rendition. Here's what Yra wrote:

"Can you believe it? It's already been 10 years! And everyone still remembers the first single 'Por Ti.' For this 10th anniversary, we've brought this memory to you with much love in a new version and a new song, 'Sin Ti.' We hope you like it! n.n"

And here is Yra's year-end farewell message. I really liked it, and also the image at the end is very beautiful. For those unfamiliar with Yra's other talents, in addition to being a singer and writer, she also paints and draws. I'll leave you here the message just as I copied it from her official MySpace:

"How are you?

This 2008 is about to end. I hope you enjoyed the holiday season and had a lot of fun. Each year brings us both positive and negative things. The important thing is how we react to everything and how we use it in our favor, as everything can teach us a lesson.

This has been an intense, productive, and positive year. I am surprised by everything that has happened, especially because most of the things I wouldn't have guessed. I appreciate everyone who has been there; I always keep you in mind.

I am happy to see that some of you have risen and managed to do wonderful things, even with a dazzling energy. I am very excited to see what 2009 will bring us; I hope you continue with us to see it.

We can measure this year by what we learned, lived, overcame, forgot, suffered, enjoyed, and loved, among so many other things. If in this 2008 we couldn't do something we considered important, remember that we still have the rest of this year and a lifetime ahead to live it.

I wish you a Merry Christmas and a very prosperous 2009.

Yes!!! NEUTRAL will be the new title of the upcoming single, and it will be a special Maxi Single. The trailer announces the dark side of the Goddess, and I love it!! I want it now!!!

We are ready to unveil the new single, NEUTRAL, Maxi Single. The photos for the cover and booklet are also ready. The release is scheduled for 19-10-08 on the official website, http://www.yrareybel.com. The three songs included in this work are the saddest on the album, carrying a more emotionally intense theme. Neutral, as a single, is dark and filled with conflicting emotions.

¡Yes!! Yra has uploaded the commercial trailer for the NEUTRAL single to her MTV Zone, and it looks like this!

Important note: In this trailer, you can see the following: "Welcome to the dark side of Voluntarios." This smells like an album! Apparently, that's the name of the album!
